Yes, in my opinion. Interests of the management team are very well aligned with shareholers. Henry alone owns 5.8M shares, which is over 8% of the outstanding shares. He has a 10b-5(1) trading plan the backs up his commitment to long term shareholder value...

Henry Sicignano: I have filed a 10b-5(1) plan to sell less than 2.5% of the shares that I have at share prices between $8 and $12 a share. I won’t sell a share until the stock gets to at least $8 a share. And then, even then, I won’t sell more than 3% of my holdings at anything less than $12 a share.
