Great idea.
How about asking Civelli's or TGC directors if they still have ties to an overseas hedge fund of their own or the Russian hedge fund from 2009 on the same floor as them from previous ventures and the SLI scam. How about asking them if they have interests in parallel companies and ventures that would benefit from Perceville actions to the detriment of TGC or HENC that are unknown to TGC shareholders. How many times have Civelli's been accused or named regarding OTC or Canadian stock manipulations since 2009 and prior? Course, I don't expect any honest answers, just evasion or silence.
Why avoid these aspects of "DD"?
If in favor of a "clean" TGC" then a look at the whole picture is important, don't you think?
