I understand and agree with this to a certain extent. But, even for long-term investors here, PPS has to be a concern. This keeps dropping, the ability for PMCB to raise enough cash for trials comes into serious question. To my knowledge there is no true institutional investors here. The only real way to raise $ is through share dilution. With a PPS under .10 that's difficult. Essentially making our investment worth less and less.
