Seems pretty obvious this situation is a result of a power play by Aldorf & the Civellis to gain a larger percentage while attempting to leave TGC shareholders and HENC in the dust. It seems o have failed and the track record of CURRENT TGC management is abysmal in respect to shareholder communication & sp appreciation...
