I'm not gonna become a "shareholder turned basher" but it looks to me as if INCC is dying on the vine, and in the interest of self preservation I must sell my shares. Don't have a high average but still lost a lot in percentage terms. I wish all the longs luck, if and when the picture looks different I may be back. The county government has changed its mind on MJ, the commissioners act like an echochamber and there's not much we can do about that.
