this is about Africa, according to latest news. I have some stock in Tanzania miner and am aware of the power problems in the prohibitive cost of string power poles and lines in Africa. What do you mean not to mention Africa? This company is about fuel cell tech that even you and I do not have in the US. The contracts are to supply to Africa from what one would gather from reading last news.
