Well for sure they have the cash to settle the note, question is will they settle the note prior to the first. If so, better yet, will they PR that they settled the note along with some new angle to profitability? That is anyone's guess and depends on Kens greed level. I am not hopefully anymore however there are still ways to right the ship here starting by doing right by shareholders come July 1.
