I agree with you that IF no confirmation or details are provided prior to this convention, it will not look good for the company or it's CEO. However the company does have until Monday morning to post something. Just because we all want it this morning prior to market open, doesn't mean we will get it. See what today brings before calling CEO a liar and company a pump and dump. Seems like they like to post news mid-day.
