Law suit is filed.. Current BOD's are named culprits... But my question to all those dissidents is "why all this never turned up before termination of FIA?"
If you guys really care for TGC shareholders, shouldn't these be brought up as and when it happened?

Why wait until termination?
May be fear of losing?

It's a doubt....
Can any "man" answer?
