LOL - a public company announces projected earnings every other day...not an unusual occurrence in the investing world. Egregious crimes? Nothing has shown to be criminal. Their insider share gifting is common among otc's. Most know this. Do I like it? No. But it's not a big surprise and I would certainly not describe the actions as "egregious crimes." That's just plain exaggeration.
