According to Mr Winnick it has something to do with making it harder for 'shorty' or some legitimate business interest to ba swooping in during this time period they're using for getting full compliancy with future SEC filings.Something about 'uplisting'. What ever that means.

I don't listen well when he starts talking about finances. Frankly, I'm just braced waiting for him to ask about my personal life and I space out on a lotta chit he says.
