Does everyone remember that study of life expectancy awhile ago that (to no one's great surprise) discovered that -- gasp -- the very rich live a lot longer than everyone else. Like, into their 90's in decent health. They were blathering about, is it because they have a better diet, they have less stress, etc. --

well, no, it's because the very rich usually get much better medical care than the rest of us (unless you're Joan Rivers or Michael Jackson). There are cash-only (no insurance) medical clinics where the very rich can go. They get things like full-body MRI's that catch tumors at very early, much more treatable, stages. They get TRUE full blood work-ups, and diagnosticians look for any abnormality.

So tell me, do you think that those people are going to be taking a little jolt of Kevetrin every now and then, just in case? I do.

Saudi royal family members routinely come to the Mayo Clinic once a year for check-ups, They even built a special international airport so their private (huge, 757's etc) jets could land. Now Mayo has set up a satellite clinic in the middle east, specifically for the very wealthy clientele (although lots still go to Mayo in the states). Paying for the drug themselves, for off-label preventive use, will be nothing to them. MUCH cheaper than having to come here for treatment -- much better to prevent it.

The average person may not be allowed to have a jolt of K every now and then without a cancer diagnosis, but you can bet that the wealthy will, and not just the U.S. wealthy.
