Not my words... Plus, it's not necessarily about "keeping the pps down" - as much as one getting the SP they desired. If speaking of shorting, a Short doesn't care IF it stays down - as long as they can cover!

...but I'm sure you were already aware of that...

However I sincerely doubt anyone is keeping the pps down intentionally at this point.
