ya, if these things are in fact done to protect me, "the investor", then they fail to do that job for sure! the stock dropped to nothing before any haulting was done anywhere when by rights all the issues including the Pan failure, lay-offs, restructuring and possible insolvency were priced in at seven cents :) at least that is my 2 cents :)
