You're kidding, right? Do you honestly believe that EPGL would try and walk away with the whole kit and ka-boodle? About the only way they could go about screwing shareholders (and not all would be affected)is to sell all shares at a penny or less. That would screw them worse than they'd screw us. The lawsuit following would scare any company buying out EPGL. The shareholders are part of the deal no matter what. Limited as they may seem, we do have rights as we've purchased shares. We own them. We need to be compensated for in the event of a buyout. If the price is 50 cents a share, we will get paid. I'm positive that to negotiate a buyout, the buyer will include all shareholders as a part of the purchase. The fallout would be a class action suit from the common stock shareholders that would also name the buyer as well as the seller as liable.
