International Arbitrage my foot

Not a scam just a group of people that understand what it takes to play the laws called 'how to buy a worthless shell, make it appear as if they have a plan, start a free website, add a spokesperson and reverse split twice annually.'

However this one is starting to remind me of that lotto play thing. In fact quite comparable.
