It's too bad for many that had high hopes this year

By the history here over the last 12 months, with nothing to stop or even slow the decent, by winter 2015 she'll be popping off trip 5's, this is if they are not forced to move the AS between 7-10 billion to cover debentures.

What could prevent this?
