Why is this going down on news of 33 million share reduction???
This makes no sense. All the hype about coming good news of an acquisition of a 500k revenue generating business, todays announcement of 33 million share cancellation and we are down to .0115? Something is not adding up, is VFIN sitting on the ask today? This is smelling of dilution to me. If we don't close at least .015 today then will have to sell to preserve my capital for use in better run tickers. Today has been very disappointing to say the least.
