33 Million Share USMJ Common Stock Cancellation

North American Cannabis Holdings has initiated action to cancel over 33,000,000 shares of USMJ Common Stock. The subject stock was issued in conjunction with an acquisition to support a historical operating focus prior to the current cannabis industry focus. The acquisition was subsequently unwound, but the 33 million shares remained issued and out. Management maintains that the shares should be cancelled in conjunction with the unwinding of the acquisition. 600,000 thousand of the subject shares have already been voluntarily surrendered.

Was prior to change-over, so it will probably be in favor for USMJ...
