Does anyone know how long a "formal review" takes? It sounds like it is possible that the formal review will start in 21 days. Given the past history, and the current close association with "highly experienced regulatory advisors", it seems very unlikely that MZEI/Shannon would publish this news unless they were really certain of the positive outcome.
