I'm not even sure what "heat resistance" refers to! Are they just sticking the QD's in an oven and measuring properties before and after?
When a material supplier publishes Typical Property Data Sheets and presents product characteristics they always reference specific ASTM tests (or other recognized standard). That way everyone is speaking the same language. This stability thing is pretty ambiguous, with no means for the reader to know specifically what they are actually talking about. Sure, non-scientists and engineers are impressed but what are the conditions, the duration, the preparation, the repeatability, etc. Maybe QMC is evaluating the quantum dots under a predetermined procedure used as a standard in the display industry. It would be helpful if they noted that.
