I agree with you Gwinis. Building/developing, running and maintaining a marina (s) is a full time hands on occupation and it doesn't fit his ammo or temperament...so permits first and quick flip for i am sure an already established sale price....that would mean very healthy cash infusion in the short term..UNGSSSSSSSSSSSSS
