I disagree - Bed may have been slightly behind on their production, but it is the science and the trade deal with Bedrocan that is big. If Tweed can market Bed brands in Canada, USA, and South America, what is to say Bedrocan (europe edition) cannot eventually market Tweed brands in Europe?

If I understand the terms of the agreement, Dutch based Bedrocan will be a major stock owner of the new TMI, they will choose a couple members of the Board of Directors of TMI, in this way TMI will be a company that licenses a European cannabis brand and imported European cannabis and clones. Makes it much easier to make the argument for government sanctioned international trade when you are involved in government sactioned international trade

It would be in the best interest of Dutch Bedrocan to eventually license their partner companies brand and to import Canadian cannabis and clones. Tweed paid a lot of money for Bedrocan, but they were buying an international partner.
