Market opening looks good today. Green.

As for the acquisitions.. Jim is looking to buy solid companies with a certain amount of revenue, not just any mom and pop shop. He stated the range himself. He also said he is shopping for businesses that will retain their management. Again, not some mom and pop shop that just wants to sell and retire. So there are probably NOT a lot of them knocking on Jims door.

I dont want just any old solar company to be part of SLTD. I dont think any of the share holders do either. We want the good ones, the ones that will bring in a decent revenue stream. Making those deals for SLTD is complex and takes time, if they even happen at all.

If I owned a solar company that brought in 20 Million every year, would I want to sell to SLTD at the beginning of the solar boom? It would take a hell of a negotiation on Jims part. Think about that. Its not like Jim can walk down the isle at WalMart and put companies in his shopping cart.

The business plan has worked so far, but some of you are just plain greedy, or spoiled. Good luck with THAT business plan.
