This is exactly the reason why I have always thought they are refusing to release for fear of the hedge funds having control of the company. And it may be for the same reason that Ackman and so on have stopped reporting the number of shares they own so as to not publicize the size of their share of the pie. While we think having Hedge Funds to fight for us is a plus, the fact that they are hedge funds may be the reason for our prolonged distress - clearly a double edged sword conundrum.
