Hasn't been trading volume until today and people could buy cheaps near the low.

Low OS as mentioned and highly undervalued IMO. No increase of shares for the past many years and shareholders do exactly that. Hold their shares as evident by the low daily volume.

Comb through some previous posts but that's all it took was a couple of trades to get us started. Could also be something bigger since it hasn't had a PR in over 1 yr but is currently working on $10M in contracts.

Oh yeah, Market cap is right @ 1mill & also has lawsuits in which another $10M may be awarded. Won a lawsuit against C$iQ for around $1.8M off the top of my head in late 2013.

Also around 3months ago had a deal that fell through on purchaser's end due to financing of being acquired for $2.5-4.5M.
