Plausible, at least something along these lines..

Imagine either a rev producing operation or late stage exploration project with funding options looking to go public? LBSR is a perfect partner because of their huge upside targets at HM. A combination of sorts with maybe restricted stock would be highly advantageous.

Ideally, the new project owners can capitalize on public markets and participate in potentially lucrative HM. LBSR gets cash to shallow drill test HM targets while obtaining a piece of a new property to drill or generate revs while controlling 100% of HM.

Seems like a solid plan and fits the PRs and structure change strategies and inferences.

Investors will really like a combination like that if consummated.
