There decisions were easy.They have defend what they feel is rightfully theirs regardless all this banter about come to Vegas and read the files.That is what lawyers a for.
If the trupix is not related to any of iterated s stuff then i disagree as it is separate from what the suit is about.
Lots of companies function daily with law suits for and against them.Look at BlackBerry when it was in a suit against the email patent issue that they infringed on for years only to settle at a later date knowing htey were wrong for some 700 million dollars
so point being law suit does not halt a company
The defendents a long time ago called this a nuisance law suit with no meat to it,and here we are almost 2 and some years later have it going to trial by jury.
I cannot fathom a judge allowing or even permitting a senseless case taking up valuable court time
But like i said that is to the lawyers
TMMI will survive we just need better leadership IMO
