Neither of which are going to happen. Especially delisting. All financial reports are current and there is plenty of room in the share structure. In fact, 100 million shares go back into the treasury when the spin off is finally completed by FINRA.

As to the spin off, Buzzy can not force FINRA to get it done until FINRA feels they should get around to it.

The share price is dependent on traders and somewhat on what the CEO is doing with regard to building the business. I think most will be pleasantly surprised when the next financial report comes out. There is a lot going on right now. The first shipment of product is being shipped to the North East Distributors the end of this week. And Buzzy will be traveling to the North East in the middle of July to participate in the product promotion.
