NO not necessary....Alot of stks I own and consult for with my clients are losing money and in the red going to the black....This is the best point of entry imo.....Some of the best returns in micro,small,mid-cap stks I've made in the past 10yrs have been building BIG positions and holding them from red to black....Or in the best growth stage which I feel right now is for IPRE...jmho
