BTW, this should be very good news for TGC shareholders. They now clearly have a chance to also sue in a Shareholders Derivative (class action) suit. I understand that they do have Officers and Directors Liability Insurance, though I am not sure it would cover them in outright fraud. But they have plenty of money.

But most importantly, it should bring the saga of who is going to run the company to a head quickly and allow us all to get on to drilling.

BTW, I have known the person bringing the suit for over ten years. He is very real.
