malvern, your speculations are a thing of beauty. lets hope ken reads this board, takes one of the ideas and runs with it eh!

when mdcn is flying under everyones radar is when it will make the trek up. it's just always seems to work that way. once all hope is lost, we could be in for the ride of our life.

lets not lose sight of medican nations, the developments with this are not out of sight. i still believe we hear something Q3/Q4.

merger and acquisitions guy, the preferred share structure, who knows what it all means. you brought up great points with the "poison pill defense" which made sense to me. something is brewing, when will it show itself? I still think this is not a scam, call me a fool, i dont give a sh1t. If anything it is just a massive failure.

You have the CEO's of subsidiaries going to MJ conferences, how much more real does it get than that? Drew and Demitri will be at a conference in Denver in 2.5 weeks (July 11-12). I suggest anyone remotely close to denver go check this out and ask questions. I dare say i'd take a flight that weekend to go visist a buddy just to pick at their brains!

Another interesting tid bit here, I've been through a small series of emails with John yesterday and today(no longer consults for MDCN investor relations). He is still a shareholder himself and has attempted to contact Ken for updates. He said he would keep in touch with me as things play out. Here comes some of my speculation.

Last I spoke with John he was traveling in Canada(June 11-17), then was traveling to New York (June 17/18). What was John doing in Canada? I have no clue, we have already speculated on this. As far as him going to New York, this is where one of the legal counsels for MDCN resides

My email today with John, he has told me that he will be going to Vancouver tomorrow for "meetings" and he belives he will find out some info there.

Vancouver is attached the MDCN in several ways, just read through the filings. The same law group was recently listed under the JTB Real Estate dispensary property in AZ, per 10Q exhibit 10.13

Now what does this all mean? John is traveling to vancouver tomorrow for "meetings", but he doesnt consult for MDCN anymore and he believes he will obtain info here in these meetings. Well we know AZ is off the table.
