I agree with you, the info out there is confusing. IMO, there seems to be many different Gary Spaniaks. From what I have seen on ELCR filings, Gary Spaniak Jr was CEO (sometimes in the filings it just said Gary Spaniak like in the last 10Q signature). Check out the signature at the last filing with the SEC:
