To be honest it actually doesn't need a catalyst now especially if it hits .0003 and below, but don't get me wrong that certainly would help but it did have news yesterday and still it continues to sink, in my opinion traders will just slowly accumulate as it converts until all the selling subsides and it can find a true bottom then you have several possibilities, a pump will come along by a group, a newsletter, a text alert, a blog or website or whatever or either the company itself could actually start putting updates or the logical could happen after the selling is totally done and converting it could just be a technical bounce off the chart.
What does all that mean, i have no idea friend, lol,I'm just winging it here but the cheaper it gets the more i'm liking my chances.
