When first reading over the Southridge agreement, I said to myself, wow there's a $.09 stock. But after a second reading, the PR is worded as, up to, and not, committed to, purchase the $20,000,000 amount stated. This agreement, which is in reality an option to buy, and not a commitment to buy. Just one or two words completely changes the meaning of a legal document. Although the PR is still positive, like all contracts the devil is in the details
