Here are all the barriers to using a Zazzz. AG has created a vending machine with a fairly good list of why people won't use it. None of them are a deal breaker but together wow.

1) Machine does not give change. The main idea of the machine is to avoid lines, but if you want change you have to wait in line to get it.

2) Create an account. You must create an account on the machine before using is. Hempful pointed out that many customers did not want to do this.

3) Get your ID scanned, thus creating a record of your purchase. People are going to be skeptical of what is done with the data that is stored.

4) You can't see the product. Particularly if you are buying actual MJ you would want to see it first.
