And all of a sudden he feels remorse? For someone who kept doing shady things while already having been caught for a previous Fraud; shows someone who had not learned any lessons given another chance at business.

Was running a totally legitimate business so much more difficult than the fairly well orchestrated scam NTEK has turned out to be? Meow lost Meow's life savings invested in NTEK. Someone needs to pay for that, be it scammy Stock Promoters or Scammy CEOs.
