Companies with Great Corporate Citizenship

“PureSafe, ECPN, Stevia, DSTS, IFLT to name a few…”

Southridge (formerly Southridge Capital Management) provides internal audits, referral services, and works with their clients to get them on the right track and functioning successfully and efficiently.

Developing Exceptional Corporate Citizenship

Ensure your company has quality people in management who adhere to the company business plan, the stated ethics and values of the company, and who are transparent in all dealings.
Always do right by your clients. If something goes wrong—or right—inform them immediately.
Have a well-functioning and energetic board of directors with a well-defined code of ethics
Be willing to seek outside assistance if needed.
The Mission of Southridge

Stephen Hicks states that the mission of Southridge Partners II LP is to help deserving, small companies grow into large, successful companies.

Companies that have high ethical and professional values.
The companies overlooked by the mid and large cap financiers… “diamonds in the rough.”
Companies with transparency, good corporate citizenship, and have quality management teams.
The micro and small cap company sector, as Stephen Hicks feels this sector has been underserved.
Stephen Hicks: Community Involvement and Charitable Giving

Steve Hicks is very active in charities and community groups that focus on education, the Ridgefield Visiting Nurses Association (which provides medical aid and care to those in need who cannot afford other care), and the ABC House which provides educational opportunities to underprivileged children to ensure they receive a good education.
Stephen Hicks is involved in a number of charities and charitable activities. One of high importance to Stephen is the Daystar Foundation, which he formed in 1998. The Daystar Foundation provides donations for a myriad of causes: from helping children, supporting his church, and even supporting his local community. Hicks, through Daystar has provided financial support to the Ridgefield community, through donations to the local museum, local park, and even to a visiting nurses association.

Hicks formed Daystar as he felt it was important to not receive praise or attention for his giving, but rather, his philosophy is that charity is a personal and private matter. His philosophy is to provide donations when he sees something or someone in need. Stephen Hicks expresses disappointment that he doesn’t have more time for charity, but hopes that someday he will.
