OK, well in EVERY request for reconsideration and appeal that DaFoley has ever filed, he has ALWAYS stated that the ONLY reason he pleaded guilty was because he was told by his then-lawyer that he would SERVE NO PRISON TIME BY TAKING THE PLEA AGREEMENT.

He has stated this over a dozen times in his various court filings.

so what he wrote on Paperny's website is a bald-faced provable LIE.

Now his case manager and unit admins will have some FRESH evidence of this pathological liar and his ongoing lying, deception, and complete unsuitability for any halfway house time. AND he should be flagged for special monitoring for any attempt to conduct business from prison.

And the Regional Director and supervisor of the BOP will be cc:'ed.
