They seem to be past the stage of formalities for shareholders. Last time there was plenty of advanced notice for both the dilution and the R/S. I got an email, with a date, etc.... Now, no advanced notice, nothing. I can only guess that a R/S is a last ditch effort to get the PPS back to 1 cent. They originally wanted 1B shares, and then suddenly out of nowhere 10B... that math is a little too convenient. Or, maybe they just don't care... who knows...

I'm more pissed by the treatment than losing the money... which at this point I know is lost... period. A 1 for 20 R/S is the only thing that can get the price back up... turning my millions of shares into hundreds of thousands and then of course the short attack and loss.... yeah... I'm selling now... It seems ridiculous selling at less than 10% what I paid, but at the very least I can use that to rebuy under better circumstances... not that I would at this point.
