Strategic alternatives is usually a sign of significant distress. Waiting for the bottom of the OFS market is a weary exercise and reduced margins and delayed payables is hiring cash flows considerably. I would expect equity dilution which could weigh to the downside near term but should reemerge stronger mid and long term. All in my opinion.
