I really hope we see Q3 report this week....or you will be disappointed in McHenry. I do not call pinky CEOs....period. So I will just take your word for it I guess. It really does not matter IMO. Without an audit/registration filed there is no demand for the stock....or at least there hasn't been demand for the stock.

I agree with SUNY...get Q3 filed and do everything to stay current reporting. Once you remain current then file the audit/registration and work towards the uplist. Now this is all dependent on McHenry doing his job. Unfortunately he works another job that takes his focus off DUTV.
