There is nothing in the annual statement or the webpage where it shows who the CEO is. Nore is there info on number of directors (a min of 3 according to the articles and bylaws) or who they are, or any backgrounds.

At least one requirement of the most ethical CEO (whoever he/she is)is disclosure and transparency, something the company talks about in order to sell shares but does does little of in practice.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
