Agree. When they announce the opening of the new restaurant it will work as a catalyst and the expectation that it will work as good as the other one will drive pps up. If they announce 10 more to open, those expectations will be 10x higher, even before they open and start making money.
Expectations always work as a catalyst on pinks.
If this was a dividend stock, then financials would be the catalyst.

Imagine a pink that signs a contract with a huge retailer.
Huge volume and pps climb. Even if they will have profits only months after.

Let´s hope USAR benefits from the open announcement, and then goes steady from there to a better pps, with profits following.
