Maybe, maybe not. This thing still has another 10 RSI points to go before heading into oversold territory. In other words, it has another 25% drop from here before it will be oversold.

However, the Average Directional Index, or ADX, is below 20, indicating that shares have exhibited sideways movement recently. Comparative Relative Strength analysis shows that this issue is lagging the S&P 500.
On Friday trading volume exceeded the 10-day average of 3,683,687 by 115.56%, and BMAK filled his order, which is why I was shocked they didn't start to let this thing run.
