I appreciate the comments, no matter how inaccurate they may be

My comments on the requirements for an audit are accurate, and can not be refuted:

BAYP has not hired any petrol engineering firm to generate a oil reserves report. There is also no recent data for the basis of such a report.

BAYP has not hired a CPA which has already generated a financial statement compilation. Without an oil reserves report, there can be none. No CPA has ever claimed credit for any of the OTC financial statements.

BAYP has retained an auditor, but said auditor M&K has nothing to audit.

It was posted on 19-Jun a mythical audit would appear in the next 10 days. That makes today 6 days and counting. There will be no audit in 6 days, or 6 months. BAYP is a microcrap oil scam.
