CHILL is when a company is stopped from trading for a period of time. 2010 LLBO was put on the CHILL for an infraction that happened in 2006. From 2010 till Nov.2014 LLBO was untradeable, but shares bought before 2010 were still good. LLBO just started trading and was at (.0001-.0004) in Nov.2014 and for 2-3 months after that. Bet everyone wishes they had known then.
