I expected to see some positive momentum today because it looked like NITE filled about 2.5M shares at $.004 on Friday.

Sure hope you're right. The time couldn't be better for a Rutas Unidas update, or ANY other positive news besides more financing.

Also just to comment on the warrants being exercisd at $.15 or $.50... there's also language in these 8-K's that talks about using an alternative conversion price calculation if the SP never reaches $.15. This is equal to a 20% Discount from the Lowest Trading Price in the Ten (10) Trading Days prior to the day that the Holder elects conversion. I presume this was the mechanism that allowed those 40M in conversions.
