Korean "Engineering Daily", calls, and a county meeting

To put things into a nutshell:

Wesson and team didn't have the capability to get to the detailed design/construction phase.

Dundee and team pushed the Wessons out (basically) and figured they could get to the detailed design/construction phase - after of course their lengthy (but prudent thing to do) review of the Sangdong Mine deposit.

All the while, IMC waits for WOF to get it together AND continues support.

But then, IMC gets a bit nervous and seeks some sort of reassurances from the Dundee team that WOF can deliver as needed as this would be a major change for the IMC supply chain.

Dundee stumbles. The team has no realistic detailed design team for tungsten, that experience held in but a handfull of players globally, including Almonty and China. China's help was initially sought.

The Dundee team reaches out to a local Korean gov't company and signs a contract for assistance with detailed design among other things. Last year, July.

Both teams do not have the experience needed to get to the detailed design/construction phase for advanced mineral processing of the tungsten ore.

In comes Almonty Industries. They, along with their hands-on tungsten EVERYTHING team entered by January, 2015... but had been keeping tabs on WOF for at least a year prior to that seeking a way in.

May 28th of this year WOF and the korean govt' backed company reaffirm their committment to expedite getting to completion of detailed design and construction, Almonty was already in by that point, and the ball was rolling.

The news was actually released in Korea just before the news that CEO Black was named to WOF.

IMC still in and waiting for WOF to get itself in gear.

Up next, we will see news on status of the IMC talks.
The status of the construction details.
The expected start of construction.
Construction deadline and production start up timeframes.

The next couple of months will be quite interesting.

Just perhaps not the SP, I don't know, no crystal ball...
