You can't run before you walk. The better question you should be asking is what about that PR points to substantial efficacy findings?

They merely added some personnel to their advisory board, nothing more, nothing less. Bet the farm on that if you want, but remember what playground you're in. Substantial efficacy results will no doubt bring wonderful things to this stock, and I would even venture to say that the big gain people expect here won't come from that news. It will come after when PPCH becomes acquired by another much larger corporation, or something similar.
